Key Responsibilities:
- Content Management & Creation: Develop, curate, and oversee engaging content across all major social media channels including YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Community Management: Cultivate and manage online communities, fostering meaningful interactions with our audience.
- Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze social media campaigns to identify trends and optimize performance.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with our corporate identity and brand guidelines.
- Digital Design: Create innovative digital layouts, from conceptualization to execution, including images and simple video reels/shorts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support integrated marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing and social media management. Experience in digital design is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop/InDesign, and familiarity with Canva.
- Social Savvy: Proven ability to grow and manage social media channels from inception to professional levels.
- Content Production: A keen eye for photography and comfort with video production and editing.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creativity & Initiative: A creative thinker with strong communication and execution skills, ready to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
