Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

Job Description:

BalancEd Education is seeking a full-time, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to manage and grow the social media presence of its brands (@astencollege, @ngegypt, @balanced_edu). The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, and creating high-quality content aligned with the companys mission and values.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Create and curate engaging, visually appealing, and meaningful content, including graphic designs, videos, and blog posts tailored to the target audience.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and refine strategies using data-driven insights.

- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and industry best practices to ensure a competitive edge.

- Design marketing materials such as booklets, pamphlets, flyers, and social media posts in line with the companys branding.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.

- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their analytics tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
