Job Overview:We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Marketing Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This remote position focuses on building brand awareness, generating new business leads, and expanding our network within the home care industry. You will be responsible for proactive outreach through cold calling and relationship-building with potential clients, referral partners, and home care professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Initiate outreach to prospective clients, referral agencies, and home care professionals to generate new business opportunities.
• Sales & Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective strategies to increase brand visibility and market share through targeted outreach and networking.
• Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and engage potential clients, ensuring their needs are addressed and building long-term relationships to foster retention.
• Referral Partner Development: Work with hospitals, community organizations, and referring agencies to establish new partnerships and drive referrals.
• Pipeline & Campaign Management: Track outreach activities, follow-up on leads, and provide regular updates on progress and performance metrics.
• Collaboration with Marketing Team: Coordinate with the internal marketing team to craft messages and campaigns that resonate with diverse client bases.
• Community Engagement & Inclusivity: Promote our services to underserved communities, ensuring culturally appropriate care and inclusivity.
• Reporting: Provide reports on outreach efforts, lead generation, and partnership success.

Qualifications:

• Bi-lingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Outreach with a strong background in cold calling, lead generation, and relationship management.
• Energetic, proactive, and confident in engaging with potential clients and referral partners.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience with marketing outreach or business development, particularly in the healthcare or home care industry, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
