As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to quality. Your expertise will ensure that our agents provide exceptional service, maintaining the highest standards of communication and transaction accuracy. Through diligent monitoring and analysis, you will be the cornerstone of our quality initiatives, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

• Participate in maintaining the Company standards fulfilled within all the company’s departments.
• Participate in conducting periodic internal audits.
• Prepare reports for department managers and the quality manager to control the process.
• Handle daily deviation between departments.
• Handle any other relevant tasks.

• Relevant Bachelor degree / Engineering or Business Administration is preferred
• A minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance field
• Very good command of English language is a must.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; high-proficiency and advanced Excel knowledge.
• Strong written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
  

• Working days: Sunday to Thursday.
• Working Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 PM.
• Hybrid work model.
• Office Location: Mohandessin.
