Overview: Infrastructure and Network Architect We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure and Network Architect to join our dynamic Enterprise Architecture team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing information systems that support the enterprise infrastructure of the organization. The Infrastructure and Network Solution Architect will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions that align with the Banks overall strategy. Architect will closely align with Enterprise Architecture group & IT group to understand the governance and controls that would be applied for all the solutions designed across the bank Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure Design: Designing and implementing enterprise-class IT infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud-based systems.
  • Network Architecture: Developing and implementing network architecture and solutions including LANs, WANs, VPNs, SD-WAN, and network security.
  • Solution Development: Creating technical solutions and architectures based on business requirements, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Cloud Integration: Integrating on-premises systems with cloud services and designing hybrid cloud solutions.
  • Security: Ensuring that infrastructure and network solutions are secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • Performance Optimization: Analysing the performance of infrastructure and network systems and recommending improvements.
  • Documentation and Communication: Documenting designs, solutions, and processes. Communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Tools & Platform: Should have worked or been familiar with infrastructure and network tools that would enhance the designs produced
Qualifications: Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 10+ years of experience in infrastructure and network architecture, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex IT solutions. With overall experience not more than 15 years.
  • Technical Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and network security.
    • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and cloud networking.
    • Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, storage, databases, etc.).
    • Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc., are preferred.
