Job Description: We are looking for an "Employee Engagement & Communication Specialist" with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
- Develop and implement innovative employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Support in creating and analyzing employee engagement surveys.
- Support in creating an action plan according to the engagement survey feedback.
- Assist in planning and executing employee events and activities, such as team building, social gatherings, and recognition programs.
- Acting as an active committee member for Advansys internal and external event.
Qualifications & Skills
- Major: Business or any relevant field.
- Years of Experience: 2 - 4 in (Internal Communication and Engagement)
- English: Very good.
- Any experience related to corporate events or CSR activities is a must
- Excellent in communication skills.
