We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Client Manager to join our dynamic sales team within Dyninno Group fintech division.
This roles main responsibility is to proactively reach out to potential clients, initiate conversations, and qualify leads. The Outbound Client Manager will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities and transferring qualified leads to another team for further account opening processes. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in telesales, preferably within the financial industry, particularly banking. The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of FX and bank accounts, along with proficient knowledge of basic Excel functions. A university degree is also required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through proactive outbound engagement.
- Qualify leads and transfer them to the relevant team for account opening.
- Develop and maintain a structured follow-up process to ensure continuous client engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize lead qualification processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outbound telesales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
- Previous experience in the financial industry, preferably within banking or related sectors.
- Basic knowledge of foreign exchange (FX) and bank account products and services.
- Familiarity with account opening documents for entities, including corporate registration documents, identification documents for authorized signatories, and proof of business address.
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Proficient in basic Excel functions for data management and reporting purposes.
