Job OverviewPet Dental company looking for high motivated and self starter individual for our Customer Service Manager (CRM) role.

Requirements

- Highly proficient in English (verbal and written).- Verbal: Candidates must be comfortable speaking over the phone. The CRM will answer inbound calls, cold calling, and book appointments.- Written: Candidates must be able to type 60 words per minute. Most of the work is from answer texts and chats. The CRM must be high proficient in English, using correct grammar.

- Must have fast internet

- Must have a working computer equipment. Laptop/ Desktop (preferred). This work requires multiple windows to be open and CRM must be able to function without any lag on the screen.

- Must have proper equipment to make/ receive calls: headset, mic, etc.

Work hours: 7 Days a week from 8am US EST to 8PM US EST. We are flexible on your work schedule, but it has to be within the time mentioned above.

*Must be located in Egypt
