Job Accountabilities

  • Create strong business engagement, accountability, and partnerships to achieve talent attraction enrolment targets while aligning with DIHs mission and values.
  • Identify and define skills gaps/future skills requirements and confirming Analyst candidate profile requirements and Diversity & Inclusion ambitions to fill these gaps.
  • Collaborate with TA Team on Demand Planning and sign off aligned to recruitment cycle.
  • Define target audience, universities, education institutes, select events, forums, and external committees.
  • Develop a strong graduate talent attraction strategy and campaign that is in line with the attributes that the Analyst talent pool identifies with.
  • Collaborate with the BCM team to develop compelling messaging and promotional materials that highlight DIHs strengths and offerings.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership detailing graduate recruitment progress and outcomes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and manage international recruitment initiatives, collaborating with international partners, and organizations to attract and support international Egyptian students.
  • Develop / maintaining strong school/ external partnerships relationships to build a strong pipeline and brand equity on campus.
  • Become the Voice of DIH in select spaces.
  • Implement the attraction strategy and student outreach to cultivate and build a diverse talent pool.
  • Elevate Bridge Internship Program Management: internship placement and assessment.
  • Elevating management of Analyst Induction Program which supports learning, development, and career path advancement.
  • Building DIH recruitment profile to become an Employer of Choice on campus.
  • Support local recruitment and development programs with ITI and ITIDA as part of our commitment to government.

Connect to your skills and professional experience

  • Bachelors degree - Human Resources, Business, Communication, Psychology or related field
  • Preferably certified in Employer Branding
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • 5-6+ years of experience in Employer Branding, recruitment, talent acquisition, campus recruitment, and/ or program coordination
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate key messages and ideas clearly and effectively
  • Ability to clearly present strategy, program updates and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with candidates, your manager and members of your team, while being open and responsive to constructive feedback as they guide and mentor you
  • The ability to think outside the box to help solve problems, with the humility to ask for help when needed
  • Adaptability to a dynamic environment and the readiness to take on any new tasks that are handed to you
  • A motivation to achieve outcomes and results
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks at once and completing them on time with mostly no errors
  • An eagerness to develop professionally, continuously learn, and share knowledge with others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess attention to detail
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize assignments
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
