SUEZ Middle East HQ is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to enrich our Business Development Team. Based in Dubai, this pivotal role will contribute significantly to the strategic expansion of SUEZs operations across the Middle East and Central Asia. We are seeking a dynamic professional who is eager to drive our development initiatives and foster meaningful relationships in these key regions for the Group.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Assists performance & quality manager in establishment of documents required by the head office & top management.
• Lead projects to optimize the operation & maintenance processes.
• Support managers of the operation & maintenance contracts in the management of modification / improvement projects.
• Establish technical reports asked by the client or top management.
• Gathers, prepares, and presents the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and performance insights.
• Seeks means of optimizing plant results and submits solutions to the performance & quality manager
• Supports the local teams in proposing improvement documents, either concerning technical issue or related to the improvement in the management system.
• Assist In the update of the management system and ensure it complies with requirements of SUEZ standards, Egyptian regulation, or ISO requirements.
• Monitors non-conformity, claims, improvement, and closeout of corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure that the actions plans are properly fed, reviewed, updated, and closed.
• Prepare and follow technical “assessment” or audits performed.
• Participating wherever / whenever possible in defining safe work practices to promote Health and Safety on the job.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor degree in Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Science degree.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and Well-organized.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Communicating clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
Excellent presentation skills, collaboration and creativity.
Excellent command in written / spoken English.
