Job Title: Technical Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our team and provide exceptional assistance to customers on mobility-related inquiries. In this role, you will handle customer concerns via phone calls, addressing issues related to billing, emails, data services, and call processes. You will troubleshoot problems, provide clear solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.
