About the job:

• Dawarha is hiring a Senior product designer to collaborate with product and design teams to build new and innovative application experiences.

• As a Senior UI/UX, you will serve as part of a development team supporting an established project. The ideal candidate is an experienced team player who is passionate about technology and committed to self-development, possessing the ability to apply their technical knowledge, skills, and experience to solve complex/ real-world problems.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Own overall end-to-end user experience - from the big picture (owning the overall user experience and consistency across an entire product) down to specifics of UI layout for a feature or service flow
• Create wireframes, storyboards, walkthroughs, and prototypes to communicate your design to the rest of the team.
• Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups, and other product deliverables to effectively communicate designs and product requirements.
• Envision and develop intuitive, scalable, and engaging interactions and experience designs for multiple platforms (web and mobile)
• Work with our in-house User Research department to test features and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
• Communicate designs - Create meaningful UX deliverables such as sketching, storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, and presentations that help the team understand what to build and why
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve existing web, apps, mobile and interactive designs.
• Conduct and provide UX research about useability and functionality
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., icons, characters, vectors, images, sketches, and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
• From wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes, you will be in charge of designing products that solve problems simply and elegantly while taking care of every small detail.

Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in design or a related field
• +3 years of proven working experience in the design and user experience field
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX and measurements
• Able to mentor and grow junior UX designers
• An appreciation for the iterative nature of the design process
• Attention to detail and care for producing polished work
• A great portfolio of work and a track record
• Lead the design of the complex interface and user interaction layouts and graphics, most of the time balancing multiple online projects efficiently.
• Help to build digital design competitive analyses and other design deliverables for the discovery and design phases of projects.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe. cc and InVision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Photoshop
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills and creativity
