Key Responsibilities:

* Create engaging, creative, and high-quality content (including videos, reels, and graphics) for social media platforms, primarily Instagram, TikTok, and others.

* Develop and execute a content calendar based on trends, audience insights, and marketing goals.

* Produce Reels, TikToks, and other short-form video content that aligns with brand messaging and campaigns.

* Edit and optimize videos with attention to detail, ensuring they are on-brand, visually appealing, and formatted for maximum engagement.

* Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and fresh.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that supports brand initiatives and drives audience engagement.

* Monitor performance metrics of your content and adjust strategies to improve engagement rates.

* Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages and generating conversations.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Content Creator, Video Editor, or Social Media Specialist.

* Expertise in creating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.) for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.

* Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and current trends.

* Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of creativity.

* Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

* A portfolio or examples of previous video content created is a must.
