Role Overview:
The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee the strategy, execution, and performance of all paid marketing campaigns. This role requires a data-driven marketer with a proven track record in scaling inbound lead generation through paid media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall performance marketing strategy to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Allocate and manage the marketing budget efficiently, focusing on ROI and growth.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate with the media buyer, content writer, and graphic designer to align messaging and creatives with marketing objectives.
