Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Account Manager for Modern Trade to oversee our sales operations within a designated geographic area. This role is critical to driving growth, increasing market share, and leading a high-performing sales team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure outstanding performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, for Modern Market .
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
