Remote Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative (via WhatsApp & Social Media)
We are looking for a professional Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing support via WhatsApp and other social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and social media in a polite and efficient manner
- Receive and document customer orders accurately
- Follow up with customers throughout their journey
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Build a professional and supportive relationship with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills and a polite, professional manner
- University degree or higher
- Availability for remote work (part-time or full-time)
- Punctual, reliable, and organized
