Job Description: Export Sales Manager/Specialist at NAOS Solutions

As the Export Sales Manager/Specialist for one of our clients, you will play a crucial role in driving our international sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing export sales strategies for designated markets.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new international clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Negotiating and closing international sales deals.
  • Managing the entire export sales process, from lead generation to order fulfillment.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Representing the company at international trade shows and conferences.
  • Providing regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth export operations.

Job requirements Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in international sales, preferably in the manufacture sector.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other foreign language.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and other sales-related software.
  • Bachelors degree in business, international trade, or a related field.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in our industry.
  • Knowledge of packaging of offset and flexo.
  • Experience with sales and export overall and with the competitive landscape in Egypt.
