IT Onboarding Advisor

We are hiring an IT onboarding Advisor responsible for developing, and implementing IT training programs within an organization. Their role ensures that employees are proficient in using the implemented technology effectively to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess IT training needs across various departments in coordination with the Talent Management Department within the Human Resources Department.
• Develop and implement comprehensive IT training programs and materials.
• Manage and direct a team of IT trainers to ensure effective training delivery.
• Collaborate with heads of IT and Human Resources departments to align training with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong background in information technology and training development.

• Experience in instructional design, e-learning platforms, and adult learning principles.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
