Job Title: Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

Location: Remote

Working Days: Monday through Friday (5 days a week)

Working Hours:The working hours for this position are 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST to align with our office hours. In Indias time zone:

• Equivalent working hours in Egypt Standard Time (EET) are Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM.

About the Role:

We are looking for a CRO Specialist to optimize our websites, landing pages, and funnels to maximize conversions and revenue. You will analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and implement strategies that drive measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits of websites and funnels to identify friction points.
• Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion rates.
• Analyze heatmaps, session recordings, and user behavior data.
• Optimize landing pages, checkout flows, and email/SMS funnels for performance.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement changes.
• Monitor KPIs and generate reports with actionable insights.
• Stay up-to-date with CRO trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CRO, UX/UI optimization, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Hotjar, GSC, Microsoft Clarity, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Experience in A/B testing and landing page optimization.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
