At Eni, we are looking for a Junior Drilling Supervisor within Petrobel Belayim Petroleum Co. in Offshore Egypt. You will supervise drilling and completion operations at the wellsite, ensuring that activities are carried out with optimal safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, in accordance with the companys procedures, HSEQ standards and best petroleum engineering practices. Operations may be performed in remote locations, both onshore and offshore.
Your employment contract will be managed by Eni International Resources Ltd (EIRL).

Main Responsibilities
- Review drilling and completion programs to ensure they are in accordance with the companys procedures, paying particular attention to well integrity and operational safety.
- Supervise drilling and completion operations, representing the company at the wellsite.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of contractors personnel involved in operations at the wellsite.
- Monitor the consumption and stock of materials, and request personnel, services, equipment, and materials in a timely manner to avoid any delays in operations.
- Report regularly on the progress of operations and agree on any necessary corrective actions. Provide support in resolving operational problems, including analyzing real-time drilling data from the site.
- Ensure lessons learned and related recommendations are captured and shared to improve future operations.
- Participate as a member of the emergency task force in the event of a major emergency, taking immediate actions to safeguard personnel, assets, and the environment.
- Liaise with HSE and logistics representatives at the rig site.
Skills And Experience Required
- Qualified to operate in wells with significant technical complexity and economic exposure (Level 1).
- Relevant experience in drilling and completion operations.
- Proficiency in drilling operations, including horizontal drilling, drilling fluids and cementing.
- Experience in advanced drilling techniques such as lean profile, underbalanced drilling, HPHT drilling, managed pressure drilling, extended reach drilling and wellbore stability.
- Experience in completion and work-over operations, including well testing, gravel packing and well stimulation.
- Knowledge of advanced completion techniques, such as dual completion and intelligent completion.
- Experience with rigless operations.
- Skills in cost analysis and cost control.
- Proficiency in well data management and reporting software.
- Familiarity with digitalization processes, including real-time monitoring, rig site drilling packages for performance optimization and rig automation processes.
- Required certifications: Well Control Level 4 (IWCF or IADC) and BOSIET.
