Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential strategic partners aligned with Flashs strategic objectives and target market segments.
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and approach strategic potential merchant clients who could benefit from Flashs solutions.
  • Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate the unique features of Flashs payment terminals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
  • Identify, develop, and typically close new sales opportunities.
  • Create demand for the Flashs products and service.
  • Achieve revenue targets by increasing the GMV per account.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from the initial outreach to contract negotiation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (onboarding,OPS) to ensure seamless integration and support for newly acquired merchants.
  • Merchant Relationships: Build lasting relationships with merchants, acting as their go-to point of contact for any questions or concerns, and offering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven success in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition preferably within,F&B or FMCG,- E-commerce.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Adaptability & Flexibility.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related fields.
