Grid Fine Finishes is hiring:
"MEP Tender Engineer"
Location: Head Office (El Zamalek).
Qualifications:
- 2 - 5 years of experience in finishing and fit-out (Residential and Commercial projects).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mech/Elec).
Responsibilities:
-Review tender documents and study scope of work and supplement; -understand and analyse documents (drawings, specifications, B.O.Q,) and raise tender queries.
-Create B.O.Qs and quantity survey drawings.
-Create suppliers and contractors databases.
-Estimate costs for materials, labour, and equipment needed for projects.
-Prepare the direct-cost sheet and detailed Project Budget.
-Prepare and submit tender proposals on time.
