PA Assistant

Job Code: SE0028 Employment Type: Full-time Reporting to: PA Managing Directors

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist in HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Support marketing activities, including content coordination and event planning.
  • Perform other administrative and organizational tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a PA or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in English (another language is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • HR and/or Marketing experience is a plus.
