Performance Marketing Specialist

Our digital marketing agency is seeking a performance marketing specialist with experience across different industries, with a focus on the Real Estate and Food & Beverage sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing media plans and implementing campaigns across a variety of digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be Google certified, highly analytical, detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a Google Analytics certification.

Responsibilities:

• Develop media plans for Real Estate and Food & Beverage clients, as well as clients in other industries
• Execute and manage campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) for clients in different industries
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI for clients in different industries
• Create and present detailed reports on campaign performance to clients in different industries
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to platforms and algorithms
• Collaborate with other teams within the agency to ensure successful campaign execution

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a performance marketing specialist in a digital marketing agency
• Experience across different industries, with a focus on Real Estate and/or Food & Beverage
• Google Ads certification and Google Analytics certification are a must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
