Private Banking Senior Relationship Manager
Market the full range of products & service to Private Banking clients segmentation and contribute effectively in achieving the Private Banking budget while identifying and meeting customer needs Manage and increase the portfolio by acquiring NTB Private Banking customers and cross sell EG-Bank services and products to existing and prospective customers Serve new, existing Private Banking clients and institutional relationships through providing them with a full suite of financial products and services considering the clients needs Handling all Private Banking customers inquiries and complains and ensure resolving them efficiently within the set TAT while delivering a consistent and tailored Private management service to Private Banking clients and developing a long term, in depth client relationship. Analyze portfolio performance statistics to better understand customer behavior and plan for future activities with a continuous focus towards helping the client to adapt to changes in personal circumstances and financial environmen. Review daily inflows/outflows of the assigned portfolio to retain clients and avoid losing funds and report any anomalies to the Area Manager Ensure that customers are receiving a superior service and aligned with EG-Bank guidelines, services standards and CBE regulations Respond positively and diligently to colleagues and coordinate and communicate effectively with the Branch and support units to ensure that customers requests are processed timely and effectively Conduct an in-depth market scan on competitors offering within the Private Banking proposition and provide recommendations to the Senior Relationship Manager on improvements Prepare a daily sales report inclusion all sales activity and call reports to share it with the Area Manager.
