Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site role as a Business Assistant in Zahraa El Maadi, Cairo, Egypt. He/She will be responsible for market research, customer service, and communication tasks to support business growth and development. He/She will support daily office operations, handle administrative tasks, and assist in preparing business-related documents and presentations.
  • This role requires consistent office attendance, occasional external errands, and a strong ability to use Microsoft Office for internal and client use. The role also includes handling various administrative and organizational tasks, some of which may require going to external government offices to complete paperwork or processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office tools.
  • Punctual and reliable with a professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities.
  • Analytical Skills for Market Research.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and Power BI is a plus.
