Road Logistics Operational Care Customs Specialist

Your Role The primary function of the role is supporting our customs operation team in KSA by being responsible for a determined effort to coordinate the Road Logistics Business and ensure the smooth handling of all job files as to process and documentation of both system and physical handling. Your Responsibilities

• Ensure to process all documentation/operations correctly and in a timely manner as per internal systems.
• Ensure smooth hand-over to back up in case of absence.
• Ensure to process all operation/ documentation correctly and timely manner as per internal process.
• Provide the Office with reports and status of the shipments.
• Manage all FASAH (Customs Portal) related activities.

Your Skills and Experiences

• 2 Years of Experience in Experience in cross border customs operations
• Experience in Saudi Customs Portal (FASAH)
• Bachelors degree in related
• Excellent command of the English language
• Proactive personality and high sense of ownership
• Maintains a positive attitude despite adversity.
• Client and Goal oriented
• Flexible mindset to work in shifts and ability to adapt to different time zones.
