About the Role - As a Sales Representative, take full responsibility for developing and managing a business operation that achieves sales targets of the Company, profitability, market share, and customer and employee satisfaction by directing, coordinating, and monitoring all sales operations and personnel development activities.

- Responsible for market development
- Develop the pricing
- New product identification and development
- MIS Reporting – Monthly & Quarterly
- Should be flexible to take up any task related to the Sales & Marketing Department if required or situation demands
- Responsibility for achieving the Gross Margin
