Senior Java Developer

• Architecture & Design: Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and AI capabilities like GenAI.
• Development & Implementation: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while overseeing the development lifecycle.
• Code Reviews & Optimization: Conduct peer code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Cloud & DevOps Integration: Work with AWS/Azure/GCP and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Mentoring & Training: Guide junior developers, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and enforce best development practices.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring system reliability and stability.

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in software development, emphasizing production code for server-side web applications
• Strong expertise in Java (JDK 17+) with hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA) and relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle or MongoDB.
• Proficiency in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
• Solid understanding of multithreading, design patterns, and distributed system architecture.
• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex applications.
• An AI-First Approach (Your instinct is to apply AI tools first and then code)
• Professional experience with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)

Experience in implementing Generative AI solutions is a plus
