Your Role

Were looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our growing team. Youll be instrumental in building and maintaining the backend services of our AI-powered financial platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

What Youll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based backend services and APIs
  • Collaborate with product and AI teams to implement intelligent financial features
  • Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Drive code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices

What Were Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Java development, preferably with Spring Boot
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and modern DevOps practices
  • Experience in financial technology or AI-driven applications is a strong plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
