Senior Product Designer

We are hiring an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and delivering outstanding user experiences across the SiliconExpert application. Working closely with fellow designers, product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders, youll ensure our products are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with both user needs and business goals.

• Design and refine intuitive user experiences through interaction and visual design.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Create user journeys, flow diagrams, and other UX documentation.
• Translate user research and usage analytics into actionable designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
• Work closely with fellow designers to maintain interactive and visual consistency across the platform
• Ensure designs meet usability and accessibility best practices.
• Iterate on feedback to enhance user experience continuously.

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
• Proficiency in Figma and similar tools.
• Experience with creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and other UX artifacts.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design and usability principles.
• Experience in the creation and management of Design Systems
• Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
