Strategy Analyst

Responsible for creating actionable insights from the ground up, crafting strategies and tactics, and helping implement that plan. You will be in a unique position to enable a birds eye view on the strategy and performance of all products by driving planning, reporting, and analysis efforts. While also turning these insights into strategic recommendations and initiatives, and be involved in driving strategic decisions to help the business scale, and perform more efficiently as we do.

• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct research on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor strategies.
• Strategic Analytics: Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes of key problems and develop structured and actionable solutions through the generated data-driven insights with collaboration with other departments.
• Strategic Initiative Support: Assist in company-wide projects, including go-to-market strategies, new business opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Metrics and Tracking: Develop milestones and KPIS for overall program. Provide KPI reporting for regular meetings and on an ad hoc basis as needed. Deliver and report on milestone progress.

Requirements

• 2+ years in strategic analysis & insights generations.
• Expereince in fintech is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL)
• Experience with market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic recommendations.
