Technical Training Lead

Job Responsibilities: Supporting the Head of Technical Training and Development in planning, managing and coordinating training. Design and develop training materials and programs that meet organizational needs. Conduct training sessions in various formats (in-person, virtual, workshops). Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure that the training programs remain relevant and effective. Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the training programs align with the overall business goals and objectives and developing effective training programs to meet those needs. Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and standards related to training and development. Willingness to travel to various locations, including our regional offices and training centers. Maintain training records and prepare reports on training outcomes. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. Required Qualifications: 5-7 years in training/teaching or Sales. Bachelors degree in any related field.
