  • Shift Timing: Rotational night shift

First shift (3PM till 12AM)

2nd Shift (4PM till 1AM)

Multichannel Support: Handle voice & email support to provide top-tier service.

What We Offer

Attractive Salary Package:

  • The first three months: 14,000 EGP GROSS (11,000 basic + 1,500 attendance + 1,500 KPI)

  • After 3 months: 15,000 EGP GROSS (12,000 basic + 1,500 attendance + 1,500 KPI)

  • After 6 months: 16,000 EGP GROSS (13,000 basic + 1,500 attendance + 1,500 KPI)

In addition, there is a monthly transportation allowance of 1,300 EGP GROSS.

Please note that all amounts are subject to deductions for insurance and taxes. These figures are GROSS, not NET.

the allowance is only applied if your shift ends after 12am and before 6am

Weekend Off: 2 Days off

Paid Training: 5 Days Training Paid 1k

Who Were Looking For

Egyptian graduates and UGS\Drop outs or Gap years with a passion for customer service.

️ Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

  • Customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Previous customer service experience.
