Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Business Developer to join our growing team at Laoret. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a friendly and talkative personality, and prior experience in customer service or a related field. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Laorets client base.
• Communicate effectively with potential and existing clients, presenting solutions tailored to their needs, especially in the context of translation and localization services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities in the global translation and localization market.
• Provide support in managing client accounts and resolving queries.

Qualifications:

• Strong English language skills, both verbal and written.
• A talkative and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field (e.g., sales, account management).
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of business development principles is a plus but not required.
