Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals for potential customers.
  • Assist in developing customized solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards.
  • Respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) and RFPs (Requests for Proposals) with detailed technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product development, and marketing teams to refine solutions and offerings.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer pain points and industry trends.
  • Provide post-presentation support, addressing technical inquiries and clarifying solution details.
  • Maintain a database of technical documentation, case studies, and best practices for the sales team.
  • Support in product training sessions for clients and internal teams.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Sales Support, or Technical Sales role.
  • Strong understanding of product positioning, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and technical sales tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to develop customized solutions.
  • Experience in tendering, proposal writing, and bid management is a plus.
