A business consulting company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is hiring remote Sales Call Center Operators to support our growing operations!

What Youll Do:

  • Connect with customers in Arabic and English (other languages are a plus!)
  • Handle incoming calls and chat messages with professionalism and care

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • 2+ years of experience in call centers or a similar role
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
  • High-speed internet for uninterrupted communication
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills
