About the Role:

AGH International Group is seeking a talented and passionate Videographer & Video Editor to join our growing team. Were looking for a highly skilled individual who can both capture high-quality video footage and expertly edit it into engaging and compelling content. If you have a strong eye for visual storytelling, a solid understanding of video production techniques, and a passion for creating impactful videos, we encourage you to apply!

Job Summary:

The Videographer & Video Editor will be responsible for the entire video production process, from concept development and filming to editing and final delivery. This role requires a versatile individual who can work independently and collaboratively, and who is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

* Pre-Production:

* Collaborating with the team to develop creative concepts and storyboards.

* Planning and organizing shoots, including location scouting, scheduling, and equipment preparation.

* Production:

* Filming high-quality video footage using professional cameras and equipment.

* Managing lighting, sound, and other technical aspects of the shoot.

* Post-Production:

* Editing raw footage into polished and engaging videos.

* Adding music, graphics, and other visual effects.

* Ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all videos.

* Optimizing videos for various platforms (e.g., website, social media, etc.).

* Other:

* Maintaining and organizing video equipment.

* Staying up-to-date on the latest video production trends and technologies.

* Managing video archives and ensuring proper storage of footage.

* Collaborating with marketing and other teams to understand project needs.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills. Please include a link to your online portfolio or samples of your work with your application.

* Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

* Solid understanding of videography principles, including composition, lighting, and sound.

* Experience with various camera equipment and accessories.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

* A passion for visual storytelling and creating compelling videos.

Bonus Points:

* Experience with live streaming.

* Photography skills.

Work conditions:

6 working days (Friday OFF)

8 Working hours
