Employees Relations Senior Specialist.HR BP & HR Shared Services - (240002MB) Description

Job Purpose

To handle all duties related to Social Insurance offices and labor office
  • To manage all relationship aspects with related governmental authorities

Report To Position Name

Social Insurance Offices:
  • Register all new hires in the social insurance via processing form 1
  • Remove all leavers from the social insurance via processing form 6
  • Hand out & register form 2 of the social insurance in the required time spans
  • Responsible for the day-to-day employees requests concerning: embassy letters, traffic, national
number, and authority of population
  • Follow-up on all related inspections on headquarter, all branches, and all outlets, in all
governorates
  • Solve all related problems & non conformities, and maintain Etisalat image
  • Develop & open insurance files to all sales outlets, and follow-up on its attendance & penalties
records, so that to be ready for any unplanned inspections from related authorities
  • Confirm payments of all pending monthly insurance payments
 Labor Office: Responsible for all planned & unplanned inspections on all files related to: leaves, handicapped and penalties.
  • Maintain continuous tracking & monitoring to any updates and/or amendments to labor law that
could be issued by ministry of manpower
  • Follow-up on all related inspections on headquarter, all branches, and all outlets, in all
 Other Duties:
  • Issue all insurance certificates related to all company cars
  • Responsible to license all new company cars
  • Responsible to bring all abandoned licenses
  • Follow-up on licenses renewals for all company cars
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

University Degree or equivalent
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Basic Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).

QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

4 -5 years of related experience, preferably in multinationals or big corporations.

EXPERIENCE_DESIRABLE

  • Excellent knowledge of all labor law details & implementation
  • Excellent knowledge of all social insurance details
  • Very good relations & connections with all related governmental authorities
