Manuscript Project Manager

Job Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in English, Creative Writing, Communications, or related field.- Minimum 1

- 2 years of experience in project management, editorial workflows, or publishing.

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.- Strong communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with writers, editors, and clients.

- Proficiency in editing software and familiarity with collaborative tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Monday).

- A passion for storytelling and attention to detail to maintain quality and narrative authenticity.Job Description

- Project Coordination: Manage the end-to-end process of manuscript creation, from outline development to final edits.

- Team Leadership: Serve as the primary contact for writers and editors, ensuring alignment with client goals and narrative voice.

- Timeline Management: Create and oversee project schedules to meet publication deadlines.

- Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients to capture their vision and ensure satisfaction at every project stage.

- Quality Assurance: Review manuscripts for clarity, consistency, and adherence to project guidelines.

- Problem-Solving: Address challenges proactively to maintain a seamless production workflow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£29,000.00 - E£35,000.00 per month
