Job Summary:

The Real Estate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier professionals across sales, leasing, property management, development, engineering, and corporate functions within the real estate and property development sectors. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in recruiting for real estate or property development firms, with a strong network of industry professionals, a strategic approach to talent acquisition, and expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, SAP SuccessFactors, and other ATS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet the growing talent demands in real estate development, investment, sales, and property management.
  • Source high-performing professionals through headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, industry referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Maintain an active talent pipeline for senior and critical roles, ensuring readiness for current and future hiring needs.
  • Implement structured screening, interviewing, and evaluation processes to ensure the best fit for both cultural and technical requirements.

Candidate Screening & Selection:

  • Conduct initial screenings, competency-based interviews, and technical assessments for real estate professionals, including sales executives, project managers, and leasing consultants.
  • Ensure candidates meet regulatory requirements, industry certifications, and company standards.
  • Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and competitor hiring trends to optimize recruitment strategies.

Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Collaboration:

  • Work closely with department heads, HR, and senior leadership to align hiring plans with business objectives.
  • Act as a strategic talent partner by providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and hiring challenges.
  • Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition and retention of new hires.

Employer Branding & Networking:

  • Represent the company at real estate career fairs, industry summits, and networking events to enhance employer branding.
  • Develop compelling recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent from competitors and passive job seekers.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter Lite and social media channels to expand reach and engagement.

Data-Driven Recruitment & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate retention.
  • Regularly update hiring dashboards and reports to ensure transparency and process optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate hiring regulations, labor laws, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of solid experience in real estate or property development recruitment.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, SAP SuccessFactors, and ATS platforms.
  • Deep understanding of real estate job roles, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong network of real estate professionals and ability to source passive candidates.
