Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Customer Service role located in New Cairo. The Customer Service representative will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English is a MUST (Required English level: B2/C1)
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelors degree

Specifications

  • Rotational shifts - Rotational days off (2 days off)
  • 9 working hours (including one hour as a break)

Benefits

  • Salary: up to 16,000 EGP NET (depending on your English level) + Iftar allowance
  • Transportation is provided all over Cairo and Giza
  • KPIs are received in Euro equivalent
  • Paid training
  • Salary increase after 6 months

Pay: E£6,250.00 - E£16,000.00 per month
