We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Setter to join our team and play a key role in converting leads into loyal customers.

Job Overview: As an Outbound Sales Setter, you will be responsible for dialing 100+ leads per day, engaging potential clients, and managing inbound messages. Your goal is to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to potential clients.
  • Engage and qualify leads through strategic conversations.
  • Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and respond to messages promptly.
  • Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up efforts in the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Basic proficiency in CRM systems and messaging platforms.

  • Additional performance-based incentives: Earn either 5% of total profits from closed deals in a month or the base pay—whichever is higher.
