Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitors status and progress of all scheduled work and work in progress to update plan according to any updates or delays
  • Follows up with Operations and Quality, to ensure the execution of the plan in a quick and effective manner.
  • Manages master planning, material processes and systems, prepares and updates production schedules and purchasing needs to ensure operational alignment with production plans and KPIs.
  • Monitors daily floor conditions and communicates schedule changes to Operations, Raw Materials, QA, Warehouse and other departments/Master Schedulers as needed.
  • Facilitates job board and morning meetings with production and quality for execution of sequence to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Produces production capacity analysis based on collecting and analyzing historical and factors affecting product demand.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Science or equivalent.
  • From 3:5 years of experience
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience.
  • Proficient in the use of analytic tools such as data gathering.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
