• roviding legal support to the Hill MENA business to ensure it complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. N
• egotiate, draft and review commercial contracts, including services and consulting agreements, non-disclosure agreements, agency agreements, vendor agreements, joint venture agreements, subconsultant agreements, construction agreements, government contracts and leases. P
• roviding sound legal advice. M
• anaging disputes and claims. W
• orking with other corporate functions of the Hill MENA business, including Operations; Finance & Accounting; Compliance; Internal Audit and Human Resources. A
• ssisting in relation to labor law matters and employment disputes. M
• anagement of and instructions to outside legal counsel. A
• ssisting in matters relating to Hills obligations under ethics and compliance related laws (e.g.: US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, US Anti-Boycott Regulations, and the UK Bribery Act), policies and procedures. P
• roviding legal training to the business as required. D
• eveloping and managing standard form and sample documents (e.g.: NDAs, consultancy agreements and sub-consultancy contracts, etc.). P
• rovide analysis and legal advice on general corporate matters, including licensing and registrations. O
• ther duties as assigned.

• achelor of Law from a reputable university. I
• nternational legal education is a plus. F
• luent in Arabic (written and spoken). G
• ood oral and written English communications skills. 5
• -15 years of experience as a practicing attorney, either in-house, or at a top law firm. E
• xperience negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and enforcing contracts. G
• eneral corporate law experience. C
• onstruction industry experience and knowledge of FIDIC a plus. E
• thics and Compliance experience. E
• xcellent problem-solving, written, and oral communication, and interpersonal skills. S
