• Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritizing and refining user stories, epics, and themes.
• Ensure the backlog aligns with the product vision and strategy.
• Collaborate with the development team to define sprint goals and estimates.
• Attend and actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and sprint reviews.
• Clearly communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve the product.
• Analyze user data and metrics to measure the success of product features.

Requirements

• +5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Certification in Scrum (e.g., PSM I, PSPO) or other relevant Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe® 5 Agilist) is a strong is must.
• Solid understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile principles.
• Experience working with user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Technical understanding of the product domain is a plus.
