Are you ready to embark on an adventurous journey and explore the world of HEINEKEN? We are excited to announce the launch of our Global Graduate Program - designed to fast track your career and develop you into a future leader at one of the worlds most renowned brands.

About the Program: Our Global Graduate Program is a three-year path which consists of three rotations, each lasting six months, and will take place within your chosen area in Supply Chain. After the rotations, youll have the opportunity to spend the next 18-months working in a role within your home operating company, Cairo, Egypt

• Rotation 1: Set off in the HEINEKEN operating company of application in Cairo, Egypt. Here, youll gain a solid foundation in your specific function and an understanding of our operations, strategy, and culture.

• Rotation 2: Continue in Cairo, Egyp of application with a cross-functional assignment, widening your perspective and understanding of different business areas and how they interconnect.

• Rotation 3: Broaden your horizons with an international assignment, enhancing your global mindset and cultural adaptability.

• Landing Role: Now youve got all the tools, its time for you to apply what youve learnt in a management position within your country of application in Cairo, Egypt. Every day will bring a chance to continue with your growth and development.

Criteria & Conditions

• Education: A Bachelors degree
• Work Experience: No specific previous work experience is required! But we are looking specifically for new graduates. Thats a maximum of 1-year post-graduation.
• Languages: English language is essential, in addition to your local language requirements.
• Work Rights: The right to work in the country of your program is essential.
• Travel Flexibility: Global exploration cant happen from home! We require all Explorers to be fully globally mobile.

How to Apply & the Selection Process

• Application Submission:
  • Upload your CV and cover letter through our application portal. Application period is from Feb 26th to April 30th

• Online Assessments:
  • Take the online assessments. They will be based on situational behaviour scenarios, so no need to prepare anything in advance. A cognitive test is also part of the online assessment

• Interviews:
  • Upon completing the online assessments, we will be in touch to let you know if your application has been successful. You will then be invited for two interviews. Were aiming to hold these around March & April

• Assessment Centre:
  • Then its time for the in-person assessment centre, where you will participate in various activities and evaluations. Were planning this for May & June
