Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthstic Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to join our growing sales team at uqudo. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment, where youll play a key role in driving our business growth. As an SDR Intern, you will focus on two critical areas: qualifying inbound leads and generating outbound leads. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills, learn about the digital identity industry, and contribute to uqudos mission of creating a secure and connected world.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualify Inbound Leads:

  • Respond to and evaluate inbound inquiries from prospective customers.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls or communications to assess prospect needs and fit with uqudos solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize and hand off qualified leads for further engagement.

Generate Outbound Leads:

  • Research and identify potential customers through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, industry databases, etc.).
  • Craft personalized outreach emails, messages, and calls to engage prospects and generate interest in uqudos offerings.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients to support the sales teams targets.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead progress in our CRM system.
  • Assist in refining outreach strategies and messaging based on feedback and results.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your sales and industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelors degree program (preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Interest in sales, technology, or the digital identity space is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and Lusha, or a willingness to quickly learn and adapt to these platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
