Job Title: Psychologist (Rehabilitation center Oman)

Location: Oman

Salary: 500 - 600 OMR

We are currently seeking an experienced Psychologist for a reputable rehabilitation center under the Ministry in Oman. The ideal candidate should have a background in rehabilitation and be a fluent Arabic speaker, with Arabic nationality preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients in the rehabilitation center.
• Provide individual and group therapy to patients dealing with various mental health issues.
• Collaborate with the medical team to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Offer emotional support and coping strategies to patients and their families.
• Maintain detailed patient records in accordance with confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Participate in case meetings and contribute to rehabilitation strategies.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic (native speaker preferred).
• Relevant degree in Psychology.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
