You will collaborate with a team of designers, copywriters, and strategists to bring fresh ideas to life while ensuring brand consistency. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, leadership abilities, and the capacity to inspire and guide creative teams to produce outstanding work. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for multimedia campaigns, including digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, ensuring projects are executed at the highest standard.
• Collaborate with clients, account managers, and production teams to translate business objectives into creative strategies.
• Oversee the entire design process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring brand guidelines and client expectations are met.
• Present creative work to clients and stakeholders, articulating the vision and rationale behind design choices.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, balancing creative quality with timely delivery.

Key skills experience:

• Proven experience as an Art Director, ideally within a media or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, typography, and layout across various media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas to clients and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Experience in video production, animation, or motion graphics is a plus.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for storytelling through visual design.
